How Will You Shine?
As a valued and successful Painter you will be required to:
- Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction
- Meet the resort standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, attendance, and punctuality
- Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance or cross-train for other resort positions
- Be alert to hazards and responsible in carrying out resort’s safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Actively seek and report potential security risks or hazardous conditions
- Keep tools and maintenance equipment clean and secure
- Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
- Communicate parts and materials needs to supervisor in a timely manner
- Inform supervisor on job and project status
- Keep adequate parts, materials and supplies on supply cart
- Maintain work areas clean and organized
- Prepare, paint and repair surfaces, as assigned
- Report all unsafe conditions immediately
- Complete other duties assigned by supervisor to include cross training
- Maintain electrical carts
- Attend all mandatory meetings
