How Will You Shine?
As an entry-level opportunity, we strive for a successful Manager in Training. You will receive training and development on the principles of Vacation Myrtle Beach management, including but not limited to, front office, food and beverage, maintenance, reservations, housekeeping, marketing, sales, homeowner relations, and revenue management. You will be required to have:
- An engaging personality with the ability to "think outside of the box" and provide thoughtful and insightful contributions
- A high dose of passion and drive with the ability to be "coached"
- Leadership skills and/or qualities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Power to build trust, perform with integrity and personify a "work hard, play hard" mentality
- Capacity to successfully manage priorities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as candidates who demonstrate talent and enthusiasm will be most likely to succeed
- A college degree is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency with Word and Excel.
- Dependable transportation to travel to Myrtle Beach area resorts and offices, as dictated by the program
Must be able and willing to work weekends and evenings as necessary
