POSITION OVERVIEW
South Lake Tahoe based vacation home management company is seeking a highly capable, experienced business professional to join our leadership team to develop, manage, and lead our company to new heights. This position is responsible for company's general management and integrating our vision into reality through strategic execution. Work closely with ownership and leadership team scaling organizational structure and systems in parallel to company's expansion. Implement KPIs, company meeting pulse, and tackle key projects and development initiatives to take us into the future!

JOB DUTIES
- Learn most jobs and systems in the company including field and administrative positions
- Work closely with company leadership to contribute to, integrate, and execute company vision and objectives
- Oversee and maintain company departments and staff, holding accountable to expectations
- Oversee company hiring initiatives, building appropriate teams to achieve company objectives
- Execute business development initiatives
- Handle key projects and tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Significant team building, management, and leadership experience
- Vacation Home Rental industry experience or similar preferred
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Significant customer service and professional experience
- Highly organized and able to multi task and work in fast paced environment
- Supreme delegator and highly resourceful
- Flexibility to work Holidays and / or weekends to accommodate company and client needs, if needed
- Willingness to work in a multitude of tasks and functions, including getting hands dirty
COMPENSATION
- Salary based significantly on experience and performance, and starts at $130,000-$160,000 OTE
- Eligibility for performance based raises, bonuses, and commissions
- Health care stipend possible
- Paid vacation
