Spinnaker's Reach Realty is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join the team!
- Complete maintenance tasks and projects
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained general repairs, preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Respond to guest issues.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members.
- Assist in ground maintenance and upkeep
- On Call service
- Evaluate the condition of vacant units.
- Attend all mandatory and individual and team meetings.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to follow up and follow through on assigned tasks
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be willing and able to work overtime for emergency calls which may include weekends hoidays and after hours
