Position Summary
Vacation Rental Property Inspectors will ensure the entire property, interior and exterior, meets the Company Standard Property Appearance.
Inspectors will function as the primary contact between staff members to make sure all properties are “Guest Ready”.

Position Description
· Conduct pre- and post-occupancy inspections as assigned.
· Maintain the Company Standard Property Appearance. Including, but not limited to, cleaning standards in each property.
· Report any issues or information that would affect guest satisfaction.
· Resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
· Ability to generate work orders in company’s software system.
· Inform Supervisor if the property does not meet the Company Standard Property Appearance and housekeeping, maintenance, property services or a vendor needs to return to complete the service.
· Complete inspection checklist.
· Deliver arrival amenities.
· Retrieve and return lost and found items.
· Use of personal vehicle is required.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Must possess valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Must possess smart phone to access company software
High school diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirement
Must be able to lift 25 lbs., actively move through properties, sit and stand for long periods of time.
