We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our US Product Team by driving and managing the successful delivery of our Independent and Escorted Product portfolio. This is a hybrid role located in downtown Chicago, Illinois, near historic Union Station, the hub of passenger rail service across America.
You’ll be required to work in the office with your team 4 days a week so please make sure you can commute before applying.
Some of the key things you’ll be doing…
- Leading, driving and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our North America product team.
- Creating and developing a tour portfolio that differentiates us from the market and appeals to our customer base, whilst ensuring a high level of customer experience.
- Researching market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new escorted tour products.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market feedback and identifying opportunities for product enhancements or adjustments.
- Building and improving capability and motivation through coaching, feedback, development and empowerment.
