Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Sorrento Valley - Hybrid/Onsite
Salary:$90-100k Bonus
Description: Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with the CFO, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, support accounting duties, and provide timely responses to client and vendor inquiries. As a key player in the international team, you'll help drive financial success by analyzing data, overseeing daily accounting functions, and ensuring efficient processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review journal entries, analyses, and reconciliations.
- Oversee General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Treasury functions.
- Lead monthly and annual closing processes.
- Provide accounting guidance to site operations and corporate departments.
- Analyze and validate financial information across business segments and accounts.
- Assist senior management with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Support senior leadership in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
