Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR/Office Manager to join our team in Waipahu, Hawaii. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, posting job openings, and scheduling interviews for non-exempt roles.
The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish and have experience using ADP WFN. They will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records including job details, pay rates, and reporting structure.
- Post job openings, review applications, and schedule interviews for non-exempt roles.
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) is required.
