Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client First Center Advocate I to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers through various service channels, including phone, email, social media, and online chat. As a representative of our financial institution, you will ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding bank products and services via phone and digital channels.

  • Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate sales associates.

  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to loan products.

  • Conduct account research to address customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.

  • Process customer account transactions and maintenance requests with precision.

  • Strive for first-contact resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Escalate complex customer requests when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Meet minimum performance standards and complete assignments on time.

  • Maintain availability during designated business hours.

  • Reside within 60 miles of Fairfield, OH,

  • Have a designated, distraction-free work environment at home.

  • Ensure dependent care is arranged during working hours.

  • Access to high-speed internet that meets performance requirements.
