Cost Accounting Manager
Near Northvale, NJ
Hybrid - 3 to 4 days in office
Approx. $130,000 to $140,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage month end close for Inventory and Costing, including Journal Entries
- Calculate Standard Cost, Gross Margins,
- Determine Manufacturing Variances
- Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Create Capital Budgets
- Perform Physical Inventory Counts and analysis
- Perform variance Cost Accounting functions
- Assists with Audit and SOX Compliance
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, required
- At least 7 years of experience
- Manufacturing industry experience, required
- Inventory experience, required
- SAP software experience, preferred

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
