IAM Engineer - Hybrid - 56/hr

Title: Sr. IAM Engineer
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (6month, approved for 12 months)
Compensation: 55.86/hr
Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite a week, Nashville, TN
Reason for Opening: needs for more support on the IAM team. Currently have 2 Architects, but need someone that can actually implement the solutions that the Architects recommend.
Must Haves:

• 3 years experience specifically in Microsoft Entra (formerly called Azure AD). Need to be strong in: federation, SAML, OIDC, Conditional Access, PIM, troubleshooting SSO connections
• 5 years experience in SSO platforms in general - Entra, Ping, Okta, etc
  

Job Description:
Responsible for advanced operational support of large, complex, distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This person will be a key stakeholder in improving technology, service reliability, and processes, as well as being a subject matter expert for internal and external peers to the IAM team. The technology focus for this role will be on implementing and supporting federated SSO solution, the single sign-on and privileged access management infrastructure, and related tools and technologies with minimal assistance. This individual will work independently and collaboratively to build and maintain identity management solutions that meet organizational needs.
