Strategic Finance Lead
Our Client (a technology solutions provider) is seeking a talented Lead Financial Analyst to join their team. This role involves partnering with organizations across the Small Business Self-Employed Group, providing financial insights and analysis. The position can be performed either remotely or in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, refining strategic plans and proactively highlighting risks and opportunities related to business growth.
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators.
- Create financial models to analyze complex business scenarios and inform our go-to-market strategy.
- Prepare financial reporting deliverables, ensuring transparency into the business's performance.
- 4 - 6 years of experience within FP&A function or equivalent tenure.
- Advanced knowledge of large, complex organizations and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; willingness to learn other financial tools.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $165K - $175K per year.
