Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, integration, and oversight of Oracle NetSuite ERP. This role will serve as the NetSuite subject matter expert driving system configuration, integration, user adoption, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
Success in this position requires proactive stakeholder engagement, strong project leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Administration & Support: Act as the primary NetSuite Administrator, managing configurations, roles, workflows, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. Provide hands-on user support, training, and issue resolution.
- Project & Change Management: Lead all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle from planning and resource allocation to go-live and post-launch support, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Champion change management efforts to ensure user adoption and business alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and Field Services to assess needs, roll out solutions, and drive process optimization.
- System Integration: Oversee integration between NetSuite and key platforms, ensuring seamless data synchronization and system alignment.
- Process & System Optimization: Identify and implement improvements that boost operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed system documentation, user guides, and SOPs. Develop and lead training programs to support adoption.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with external consultants, VARs, and partners to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data standards and policies to ensure consistency across all business units and geographies.
- M&A Integration: Lead NetSuite onboarding for new subsidiaries including data migration, configuration, and tailored system setups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of dedicated ERP administration and project management
- Proven success leading ERP implementations through all phases
- Strong knowledge of financial and operational processes (GL, AP, AR, inventory, order management)
- Experience developing documentation and delivering user training
- Excellent project management and communication skills, including with executive leadership
Preferred:
- Prior leadership in a NetSuite implementation
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing multi-entity ERP projects with complex integrations
- Industry experience in property, construction, commercial repair services
- Familiarity with trade or field service software
- Experience in SQL and API-based software integration

- Target Compensation Range: $140k - $175k

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
