Job Title: HR/Office Manager (Temporary)
About Us: Vaco by Highspring is a dynamic and innovative manufacturing company seeking an HR/Office Manager to join our team on a temporary basis.
Job Summary: As an HR/Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and assisting with various HR-related tasks.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within the ADP Time & Attendance system
- Coodinating recruitment efforts, including maintaining job postings and reviewing applications
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including assisting with staffing changes and benefits administration
- Handling employment-related inquiries, participating in disciplinary meetings, and supporting investigations as needed
- Processing customer payments, generating invoices, and maintaining customer records
- Utilizing Microsoft Office, ADP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR and accounting functions
Requirements: We are seeking a local candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary range is $33-35/hour.
