What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst position at Vaco by Highspring?
Our Oakland County client has exclusively engaged us to identify an Interim Procurement Analyst. The Interim Procurement Analyst will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers and ensuring they are compliant according to program objectives and requirements. The Interim Procurement Analyst will also be responsible for managing supplier inventory, ensuring the availability of supplies for various projects across the organization. In addition, the Interim Procurement Analyst will be responsible for completing data analysis, including quality analysis, analysis of total costs, and also provide support for forecasting efforts.
The ideal Interim Procurement Analyst must have 3 years procurement, sourcing and supply chain experience and at least one year of data analysis experience. In addition, the ideal candidate must have experience with large procurement and project management software, such as NetSuite, Coupa or Microsoft Project. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups is required, with some advanced functions like formulas and index matching is highly preferred. Bachelors degree in supply chain or similar field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: Base salary for this position will range between $60,000 and $85,000, depending on skills and experience.
