Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to help fill a Sage Consultant role.
- Must have an accounting background
- 100% onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Sage ERP systems, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Analyze client business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy using Sage functionalities.
Customize Sage modules and reports to meet specific business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Perform data migration, system integration, and upgrades as needed.
Maintain documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and project records.
Requirements:
Proven experienceincluding implementation and support.
Strong understanding of financial processes, inventory, supply chain, or payroll depending on the Sage version.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with clients and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
