Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the international trucking and port drayage industry who is looking for a well qualified Sale Support Specialist to help support their sales team. As a Sales Support Specialist you will be in charge of supporting all account managers and handling all customer correspondence and other admin related duties. This opportunity is located in Long Beach and will be in the office full time paying between $31-$35/hr depending on experience. Experience coming from the international ocean freight forwardingor port drayage industry is a must for this role.

Job Specifications:
- Providing and supporting all sales facilitation
- Addressing any customer feedback and concerns
- Producing reports for the sales team
- Efficiently processing and managing incoming leads
- At least 2 years of Sales Support experience required for role
- At least 2 years of experience in international ocean freight forwarding or Port Drayage required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction
- MS Office Suite - excel is a must
- Experience with working with aCRM, Dynamics andSalesforceexperience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, and a can-do attitude

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
