Senior Accountant- Hybrid

• Oversee monthly close process and general ledger accuracy.
• Manage fixed assets, payroll, property taxes, and inventory accounting.
• Perform bank & balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct income statement trend analysis to identify financial insights.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Expertise in GL entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis or public accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to priorities.

* This is a hybrid position requiring you be in Birmingham for 3 days a week after training. Salary Expectations are between $75-80K, depending on experience great benefits
