Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations. This role involves developing business plans, aligning budgets with company strategy, and managing key financial processes. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on financial policies, lead accounts receivable efforts, and ensure strong compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & KPI Development: Collaborate on short- and long-term business plans, align budgets with strategy, and report on business outcomes and KPIs to management monthly.
- General Accounting & Accounts Receivable: Lead financial policy development, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Oversee accounts receivable, cash management, and process efficiency.
- Balance Sheet Reviews: Supervise inventory counts, conduct month-end reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes and internal policies.
- Leadership & Improvement: Track performance, provide cross-department support, and drive process improvements across accounting functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Expertise in financial analysis, accounts receivable, inventory management, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software (Excel preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
