Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and other key financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation and development of a 12-week cash flow forecast.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain appropriate internal controls.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
- Work closely with external accounting firms to facilitate audits, tax returns, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal operations and global finance resources to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external financial and accounting partners.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting department.
- Support various financial and operational tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with general ledger management and accounting procedures.
- Experience preparing financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in audit and compliance is a plus.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
