A leading wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to provide operational and administrative support to Client Advisors. Job DescriptionAs a Senior Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting Client Advisors by managing client accounts, executing transactions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires a strong client service mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to meet client needs.
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence three days per week in Sausalito, CA.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Manage account maintenance for new and existing clients, including documentation, compliance, and communication with custodians.
Execute money transfers, facilitate trades, and handle ad hoc client requests.
Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations teams to support client needs.
Generate reports and prepare materials for client meetings.
Maintain and update client information in CRM (Salesforce).
Lead and track key team projects to successful completion.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4 years of client service or administrative experience in the financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a client-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Salesforce experience preferred.
Series 65 certification is a plus.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
