Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to assist in business decision-making
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with company goals
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Monitor financial metrics, analyze trends, and identify risk and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a leader for financial analytics
Qualifications:
- 7 years' experience in FP&A
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Self-starter, motivated, able to work independently and with a team
