Staff Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in managing our accounts payable process, contributing to month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role will involve full-cycle A/P processing, G/L reconciliation, vendor management, and participation in an 8-day month-end close.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing.
• Accurate invoice coding and expense allocation.
• General Ledger reconciliation and analysis.
• Participation in month-end close activities.
• Vendor communication and relationship management.
• Accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong General Ledger knowledge.
• Experience working with a high volume of vendors.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
