We're looking for a forward-thinking Business Analyst to work with biosciences clients, delivering data-driven solutions, managing projects, and providing strategic insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic initiatives like process optimization and market analysis.
- Partner with client leadership to solve complex challenges.
- Analyze data and trends to boost performance and inform decisions.
- Create client deliverables (reports, presentations, dashboards).
- Manage projects, timelines, and client expectations.
- Lead workshops and meetings to drive actionable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (business, economic or finance focus preferred)
- High business acumen. Experience in consulting or strategic roles preferred.
- Strong data analysis, and project management skills.
- Flexible communication with great listening skills and ability to ask direct questions.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience working with product owners, developing backlogs and writing users stories.
- Adaptable, proactive, and open to occasional travel.
Compensation: $32.00 -$43.00 per hour on contract / $62,000 -$85,000 at hire
