Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize existing data functions and workflows.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement best practices, deploy data solutions, and address challenges within deadlines.
- Analyze financial and market data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Source, monitor, and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and support ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
- Document processes and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling proprietary financial data.
Key Skills and Tools:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA macros and visualizations).
- Expertise in SQL for data querying and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Access for database management.
- Proficient in using Bloomberg Terminal and Bloomberg Excel add-ins for financial analysis.
- Knowledge of financial data analytics, including performance, attribution, and risk assessment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with a strong academic background.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
