IT Support Specialist

- User Support: Assist employees with software, operating systems, and IT policies.
- System Administration: Install/configure software, manage user accounts, and apply system updates.
- Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Network Support: Monitor performance, resolve connectivity issues, and manage security.
- Helpdesk Operations: Respond to support tickets, log issues, and prioritize requests.
- User Training: Provide basic training on new software and system updates.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Security Awareness: Educate users on cybersecurity best practices and identify risks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, network, and system issues.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in common software (Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers).
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Preferred: IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network ).
