Job Details
We are hiring an IT Support Technician to take on a 2-3 month contract at a local client in Nashville.
The role:
- Spearhead a mobile device transfer from iPhone SE to iPhone 13 across the enterprise
- Host lunch and learns for internal employees highlighting the new mobile device policy and initiative, answering any questions they might have
- The role will potentially turn into a long-term Tier 1 Technician role after the migration.
Qualifications:
- Experience setting up and deploying software on mobile devices, specifically Apple
- Experience in a Tier 1 or 2 IT Support role handling ticket escalations
- Great customer support experience and able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
Logistics:
- Monday-Thursday schedule working 9 hours per day - 7:30am-5:30pm
- Full onsite in Nashville, TN
- 3 month contract with a chance to extend
- $33/hr
