Title: Site Support Technician | Las Vegas - Multiple Sites | Room for Growth!
Pay/Salary/Benefits/Perks:
- Contract Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire/ Extensions
- Hourly Rate: $22-28/HR
- Salary upon Conversion: $55k (contingent upon experience)
Work from Home Policy: On-site 5 days a week. Reliable transportation required for travel between sites. Standard hours are 8am-5pm PST.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Provide support directly to nurses, clinic staff, and doctors through ticket resolution.
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT support, working on-site with users
- IT Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
