MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and development teams.
- Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other analysts, programmers, and subject matter experts.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on IT development projects.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science
- Proven track record of successfully analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Experience in assessing the impact of changes and facilitating change management processes.
- Experience with or knowledge of relational databases, including use of SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software.
