Title: Project Manager - Customer Success, SaaS company
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract, Right to Hire
Location: Franklin, TN - Hybrid
Compensation: 52/hr
Reason for Opening: Company needs additional help working with Clients on SaaS software around taxes for CPA firms. Software handles all aspects of the tax remediation process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success.
- Develop and execute customized implementation plans tailored to each client's business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address technical setup requirements and troubleshoot roadblocks.
- Train client teams on platform features and best practices to accelerate adoption.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to Customer Success Managers with comprehensive documentation and key account details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, or onboarding roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with accounting workflows or experience working with accounting firms is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Confluence, AirTable) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
