Vaco is seeking a skilled SAP OTC / Pricing Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, designing, and testing SAP S/4HANA OTC functionalities, including milestone billing via projects. This role focuses on providing solutions for technical upgrades to OTC billing functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA OTC Configuration: Design, configure, and test all business processes, including pricing and service billing for project sales.
- Solution Design: Create comprehensive solution design documents covering service billing, warranty, and milestone billing against contracts or service orders.
- Enhancements and Customization: Implement and support custom enhancements to meet specific client requirements.
- Billing Processes: Work with SAP S/4HANA product and service billing, including IDOCs, DMR, and BDR solutions (both convergent and non-convergent invoices).
- Cutover Planning: Prepare and execute cutover strategies and activities.
- Testing and Go-Live Support: Conduct functional testing and provide post-go-live support to ensure a seamless transition.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP implementation and support.
- At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA OTC experience or involvement in 2 S/4 implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP OTC design, configuration, and testing processes, including pricing and service billing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA product and service billing solutions, including IDOCs, DMR, and BDR.
- Proficient in creating and implementing solution design documents.
- Skilled in milestone billing, warranty processes, and handling contracts or service orders.
