Vaco has partnered in the search for a Senior IT SCADA Applications Architect for a global commercial manufacturing company based in Chicago.
Job Type: CONTRACT - ASAP to interview and start.
W2 role: not open to C2C or candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
Applicants should be comfortable with 10-25% travel within the U.S. and internationally for meetings.
TRAVEL to plant locations throughout the US and MX, 25%.
- 8 years of experience in SCADA system design, development, and integration within manufacturing environments.
- This role functions as the counterpart to the MES Architect.
- Experience with major SCADA platforms. Inductive Automation's Ignition (required).
- ISA95 standards
- Lean & Six Sigma
- Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0
- Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (MES) (preferred)
- IIoT integration (required)
