DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between business users, internal technical teams, and Blue Yonder support to maintain and configure the Blue Yonder system, focusing on master data, business-specific parameters, system functionality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users to analyze purchasing processes, identify trends, and optimize operations through ongoing involvement and process refinement.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Blue Yonder system.
- Lead and contribute to teams handling change requests and continuous improvement projects as needed.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials related to Blue Yonder supply chain processes.
- Design and execute test scripts to ensure the Blue Yonder ESP software aligns with established business objectives consistently.
- Monitor data file transfers between SAP ERP and the Blue Yonder system regularly, coordinating efforts to resolve any transfer issues.
- Troubleshoot process interruptions, engaging relevant team members to minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Utilize the Data Access Service (DAS) platform within the Blue Yonder environment to develop or assist in creating reports in BI or Data Warehouse platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated expertise and proficiency with the Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software suite, particularly Demand, Demand 360, and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).
- Proven track record in configuring and implementing Blue Yonder supply chain solutions in dynamic business environments.
- Solid understanding of demand planning processes, statistical forecasting models, and inventory replenishment strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of platform data (PDC) services, including inbound data from SAP ERP and outbound data validation, flows, and downstream application consumption.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with PDC, SCPO, Platform, SRE, and Control M server processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder supply chain processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning Certification is preferred.
