Systems Engineer (Tampa, Hybrid Office)

Location: Tampa (Westshore Area) Hybrid office schedule; typically 3 days in-office/2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Assess and migrate acquisitions into the company Network and Cloud environment.


• Provide support, monitoring and troubleshooting for cloud platforms


• Administer on-premise systems; streamline integration with cloud environments.


• Support cloud projects; migrations, upgrades, and service deployments.


• Design enterprise-level network and infrastructure architecture.


• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and Server Security


• Conduct vulnerability testing and support the development of security policies


• Collaborate with leadership team to design and implement security best practices.


• Offer support for enterprise-class data center networking equipment and provide Level 3 network support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.


• 5 or more years of experience in incident detection, response, and forensics.


• Expertise with Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Office 365, and other security tools.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.


• Advanced awareness of cybersecurity trends and technologies.


• Ability to design and troubleshoot WI-FI and security infrastructure.


• Experience with VMWare and advanced cybersecurity training platforms.


• Certifications in Cisco networking or Microsoft Azure.


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
