Telemarketer/Appointment Setter

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced telemarketer to join our lead generation/appointment setting team. We prefer 1 year experience, but it is not a deal breaker if you don't. The duties include cold calling specified areas for our marketing campaigns. You will be getting leads and setting appointments for our sales force. Starting off this is a remote position so you must have an up to date computer and high speed internet. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends. This starts off as a part time position that can move to full time with rapid advancement for the right person.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients to generate appointments for the sales team.
• Utilize software tools to track calls, manage leads, and document interactions with potential customers.
• Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism during all interactions.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our services and create interest among potential clients.
• Negotiate appointment times that suit both the client’s availability and the sales team’s schedule.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly.

Experience

• Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Proficiency in using software tools for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
