PERCO Rentals is seeking a motivated, organized Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1 year’s work experience. Accounts payable experience is a plus but not a requirement. There is an experienced staff to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to managers and sales reps.
- Perform accounts payable tasks, including reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring proper coding, and resolving discrepancies
- Assist with administrative tasks including maintaining organized records, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service to vendors and tenants
- Support the accounting team with deposits, filing, and other various administrative tasks
