Job Summary
Primary role will be as a service technician. In addition, will ensure that equipment, materials, and subordinate man-hours are used to maximize productivity. Will coordinate the activities of shop technicians, and oversee the repair of rental equipment to ensure that repairs are done timely and satisfactory. Must be resourceful, dependable, and able to give and follow instructions.

- Diagnose and repair hydraulic equipment and systems
- Supervise subordinates activities, delegate tasks, and ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Evaluate on-site equipment for repairs and preventative maintenance
- Process work order requests including parts orders and requests
- Ability to troubleshoot complex diesel and hydraulic systems
- Train and supervise service technicians
- Other duties as assigned
