What We’re Looking For
- No Experience Required – We provide hands-on training to get you started in the industry.
- Basic Mechanical Knowledge & Interest in Automotive Repair is required OR recent completion of automotive tech/trade school – A passion for cars and a willingness to learn is a must.
- Strong Work Ethic & Attention to Detail – Ability to follow procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record – Required to operate customer and dealership vehicles.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
- Inspect vehicles and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to support the service team and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continue learning through on-the-job training and manufacturer courses.
