The Vaden family owns and operates 12 dealerships in the coastal region of GA and SC. We have successfully built relationships with thousands of customers across the southeast and actively supported several charities and our community for over 50 years.
Our high-volume service department needs to hire a Service Lane Manger to assist the Fixed Operations Manager in managing and training the Quick Service Advisor team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and more. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fixed Operations Manager with the Quick Service Department's daily operations and profitability
- Assists with training and managing Quick Service department employees
- Generate repeat customers and provide resolution of customer concerns
- Ensures a safe working environment
- Ensures service process is followed and adhered to by advisors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Automotive Service Lane Manager or Service Advisor experience is required!
- Basic automotive mechanical and operational knowledge
- Highly motivated team-builder, team player, and customer-focused
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment screening
