Responsibilities – Automotive Sales Associate:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features and take customers on test drives
• Present pricing, incentives, and financing options
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Proactively prospect for new customers
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience

Qualifications – Automotive Sales Associate:

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Sales experience in any industry is welcome – we train for success
• Outgoing, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
