Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, PC, a well-established and growing AV-rated firm with sophisticated clients, is seeking an experienced civil trial attorney to join our expanding Civil Litigation Department. We primarily focus on cases in Virginia involving real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal, and wills / trusts disputes.

Key Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Initiative-taking, entrepreneurial attorney with at least three - five years’ civil litigation experience.
- Organized initiative-taker committed to an elevated level of customer service to clients.
- Proven skills to grow new and existing businesses.
- Experience in effectively advocating for clients in Virginia state and federal courts.
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standings with Virginia State Bar.
- Desire to work in a friendly and fast-paced office.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to effectively communicate.
