The warehouse material handler organizes and performs the day-to-day activities involved in material processing. Oversees and maintains quality control by accurately picking, staging, and packaging materials for shipment and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse. This role contributes to the efficiency and productivity within the warehouse operation by ensuring accurate and timely order preparation and shipment.
General

- Continuous self-evaluation of productivity and suggestions of alternatives to increase productivity.
Core Responsibilities
▪ Effective communication with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
▪ Picking and packing all outbound deliveries.
▪ Manage packing supply inventory.
▪ Using a forklift to load outbound freight and assist with unloading incoming freight. Communicating with inventory team about material discrepancies (incorrect location, wrong items, empty bins, etc.)
Must be able to sort and handle small items/parts.
Education: High School or GED
Professional Experience
- 1-2 years of proven related job experience in warehouse operations
- Proven ability to successfully perform order processing (picking and packing), warehouse organization and cleansiness, shipping and receiving duties. Able to communicate clearly and effectively
