About The Opportunity

Assist the accounting department with various tasks including but not limited to journal entries, accounts payable data entry, and other special projects.

What You Will Do

• Assist in preparing and posting journal entries for month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks related to accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date and properly recorded.
• Support the completion of the escheatment process, including preparing necessary documentation for state compliance.
• Participate in various financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives, providing assistance where needed.
• Attend department meetings.
• Models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
