Salary Range : $62,000 based on experience

The Clubhouse Program at Vail Communities is a community for adults with serious mental illness, serving as a single point of access and coordination based on the Clubhouse Model. People living with SMI need a holistic approach to treatment that addresses social symptoms, as well as psychosocial needs such as employment, housing, and skills development. Our treatment approach, known as social practice — based on the Clubhouse Model pioneered by Fountain House New York City and implemented in Clubhouses worldwide — is designed to do just that. What will you do?

The Manager of the Clubhouses will acquire an in-depth understanding of the Clubhouse Model, and the standards set by Clubhouse International while assisting the Director in leading a team dedicated to the growth and success of the Clubhouse. This position will cultivate a nurturing atmosphere for social interactions, supervise Clubhouse personnel, guarantee effective data management and recordkeeping, and create inventive strategies for both members and staff across multiple areas. The Manager of Clubhouse Programs will work closely with staff and members to recognize their skills and strengths, promoting recovery through participation in meaningful activities.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree and / or active mental health licensure is preferred, though not required
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience; experience in Clubhouse strongly desired
• At least one year of formal or informal people leadership required
• Demonstratable acumen in learning Web-based systems, e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Credible (or similar electronic health record system).
• Must have and maintain a valid Minnesota Driver's License, maintain automobile coverage, and have access to an automobile
