Job Summary:
The Financial Shared Service Office Admin Specialist will own all daily office administration services across Financial Shared Services at the Vail Resorts’ Corporate Office. This includes supporting Accounts Payable check disbursement, Payroll check printing, performing and recording check deposits for Owner Accounting and all mail sorting, logging, and distribution. The role will work cross-functionally with all FSSO teams providing integrated support for office administrative services and help drive continued process improvement in the execution of these financial administration tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and an ability handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines as required.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.05 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

Job Responsibilities:
- Support FSSO mailboxes daily, including sorting incoming mail, creating outgoing shipping labels, working with Corporate mailroom staff to coordinate deliveries or shipments
- Create and own FSSO mail indexing & sorting solution to ensure all key communications are delivered to teams timely
- Perform on-site check printing and accuracy audits for weekly Accounts Payable and bi-weekly Payroll check distribution
- Ensure outgoing checks are shipped timely, including coordination with external couriers for pick up
- Deposit and properly record checks received in AR Lockbox for Owner Accounting
- Create Purpose Orders for all equipment, supplies, maintenance or other FSSO supply needs
- Lead coordination for timely repair maintenance on all FSSO printer and folder/sealer equipment
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1 years of administrative or similar experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- English required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inform cross-functional teams, business and vendor partners
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Able to walk short to moderate distances
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with office equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.)
- Detailed oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated, driven
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00 - $30.05. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
