As a Bartender at one of our operations, you will develop new skills in a dynamic environment, serving cocktails, wines, and cold beer to our guests. You will help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime by living our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.
Job Specifications:
- Outlet: Keystone Ranch
- Expected Pay Range: $11.79 - $14.86 / hour tips
- Guaranteed minimum pay: $20.00 / hour inclusive of tips
Job Responsibilities:
- Make connections with guests and co-workers
- Share our passion for the mountains during service
- Follow leadership guidelines
- Create hot and cold beverages
- Prepare the bar for successful operation
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
Job Requirements:
- No formal experience needed
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be 21 or over
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
