It is our maintenance department’s responsibility to locate and correct potential problems before they occur so that our Employee residents can enjoy their time at Keystone. Accordingly, it is our maintenance management team’s responsibility to identify issues with staffing, safety, productivity, etc, before the issues materialize. Adaptability, responsiveness and proactivity are the keys to success in this constantly changing, ever evolving department
