Job Summary :
We are looking for an intellectual and ambitious Managing Developer to join our IT Marketing and Guest Services Applications Team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Development, this individual will help support critical tools supporting our Marketing Operations. The role requires a highly resourceful individual who manages through complexity easily, demonstrates advanced technical skills and high levels of EQ, and displays strong business acumen.
Our platforms are used to support our internal marketing teams in their GTM initiatives across email, push, SMS, and paid media. As a Managing Developer, this role will be responsible for learning and supporting our in-house applications and the day-to-day management of contract resources across multiple capital projects. Applicants will need a blend of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

- The budgeted range starts at $99,900 - $125,000 annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment where employees living within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
