Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable mechanical operation of lifts, emphasizing proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership. The role is perfect for someone who wants to learn and grow with the department and build a career in the ski industry.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair assigned lifts
• Utilize technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime
• Engage priorities to foster collaboration and results
• Follow safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Support professional growth and development of employees
• Prior mechanical or electrical experience required
• Valid US driver's license required
• Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
• Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred
