Job Summary

Keystone Resort Public Safety is now accepting applications to serve in the role of Experienced Public Safety Agent. This position is great fit for a values-based individual passionate about driving exceptional guest service. We are searching for an energetic individual that strives for excellence in all that they do!

Keystone Resort Public Safety Department plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall guest experience across resort properties and supporting all lines of business. Key focus areas include driving exceptional guest service through teamwork, incident response, traffic management during peak periods, and active collaboration with local law enforcement and other community emergency responders.

• Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.45 / hour

Job Responsibilities

• Successful candidates will have work experience working on a team. Guest service and security services-related experience is preferred. Essential abilities include: ability to communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrate a consistent positive approach when interacting with the public, stakeholders and employees, verbally de-escalate tense situations involving irate guests.
• Ability to use computer applications and produce written reports in a timely manner.
• Professional friendly demeanor and strong teamwork ability.
• Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions. Potential to work in hazardous surroundings exists at all times including exposure to vehicle traffic, wildlife incidents, stressful and emergency situations.
• This is a field-based position with minimal office time. We’re looking for a team member that will take pride in assisting other departments as needed; and remains committed to everyday positive workspace culture.

• Transfer equipment into/from vehicles, lift 50lbs – required

• Ability to demonstrate empathy & compassion under stressful conditions.
• Strong computer skills, including self-directed online applications and systems.
• Available to work a variety of shifts – including weekends, holidays and after hours shifts.

The expected pay range is $21.00 - $26.45. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
